Laurel Creek Farms consists of over 450 acres outside of Clarkson, between Wax and Millerstown. There, the Childress Family raise beef cattle, grow row crops, and have expanded in the last few years to include cut flowers and vegetable production. In addition to their crops and cattle, they have an event venue located at 654 Nina Lane.
You can find Kendra at the Farmers' Market weekly or bi-weekly selling pre-made farm fresh bouquets, in addition to offering a bouquet bar. She'll be adding vegetables to her vendor booth this year.
Laurel Creek Farms is also open to on-the-farm shopping. You can purchase retail beef by making an appointment. The farm is also open for cut flower U-Picks, floral design workshops, and photography sessions. Farm fresh Summer Bouquet Subscriptions, as well as event and wedding florals are options also offered by Laurel Creek Farms.
